Breakdowns cause delays on main road
MOTORISTS face rush-hour delays this morning due to blockages on a major road.
Two separate breakdowns are causing delays in the New Forest on the A31 eastbound towards Southampton.
Traffic is very slow at Stoney Cross due to a broken down vehicle partially blocking one lane while another breakdown on Poulner Hill is causing delays near Ringwood.
