THERE are just 12 days until Christmas and these suspects are Hampshire police's most wanted.

Hampshire Constabulary wants the help of Echo readers to trace these twelve and give them an unwelcome present - a visit from the police.

Their crimes range from house burglaries to breaching court orders and being concerned in supplying Class A drugs to assault.

Even one suspect is wanted for stealing meat from a convenience store.

Some of their crimes are classed as low level but all have had an impact on the victims targeted and on the community.

For the past seven years Hampshire police have sought the efforts of the Daily Echo to catch their most wanted and keep our streets safe over the festive season.

Each year vital information provided by Daily Echo readers has helped police officers track down and arrest the suspects, and bring them before the courts.

Chief Inspector Debbie Masson said: "Can you help us locate these 12 people who we want to speak to in connection with a variety of crimes in Southampton and the surrounding area.

"The crimes vary from robbery to the theft of meat but all offences have an impact on their victims and on the community.

"In the run up to Christmas we would like to be able to tell the victims that because of the assistance of the Daily Echo and their readers we have made arrests, been able to further our investigation or ensured the suspect finally made it to court having failed to appear.

"If you can provide information about the whereabouts of any of these people please contact Hampshire Constabulary by calling 101 and providing the unique crime reference number."
