Students rescued after becoming stuck in a lift - for more than three hours
FIREFIGHTERS were called to rescue two students who were stuck in a lift for more than three hours.
A crew from St Mary’s station were called to the Deanery student residence in Marsh Lane at 4.30am yesterday to release them.
A spokesman for the station said the pair had no injuries but were distressed by being trapped.
