POLICE are hunting a man who indecently assaulted a woman as she walked home.
The 42-year-old victim was walking along Fareham Road in Gosport when she was approached by a man who spoke to her before touching her inappropriately.
She managed to get away and, though not physically hurt, was left shaken by what happened.
Police said they were treating this as an “isolated incident”.
The suspect is thought to have been drunk at the time.
He is described as white, about 35 years old, of large fat build, between 5ft 9ins to 5ft 10ins tall and clean shaven.
He was wearing a dark hooded top and blue jeans.
Police would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or may have seen the suspect before or after the indecent assault, which happened on Saturday shortly after 7.30pm.
