INVESTIGATION: Police search a silver BMW which was later taken away for further examination.
DETECTIVES were called to a Hampshire hotel after a man and a woman were found in a state of distress.
The couple were rushed to intensive care at the weekend after the 23-year-old woman was found collapsed in her room.
A 51-year-old man was discovered in the car park outside.
Police immediately sealed off the hotel and launched an investigation after staff raised the alarm.
Yesterday officers were still at the scene. They could be seen investigating a pool of blood in the hotel's car park. Material taken from the scene was sent away for analysis.
