AGENTS CB Richard Ellis has appointed Kevin Nunn as an Associate Director in the Building Consultancy Division at the Southampton office under director Jonathan Fairchild.
Kevin, 36, joined CBRE from Goadsby in Bournemouth where he had been a Senior Surveyor for just over a year, undertaking commissions for dilapidations, party wall, planning and listed building consent applications, cost analysis and feasibility studies.
Kevin gained a 2:1 BSc Hons in Building Surveying and became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2002.
Mr Fairchild said: "I am delighted that Kevin has joined us to assist in the ever increasing building surveying workload that we are undertaking across our region and throughout the UK. His excellent professional knowledge will enable him to fulfil an important role within our surveying division."
Kevin said: "I look forward to a new and challenging environment in which I can continue my surveying career."
One of Kevin's first tasks will be to oversee a fast-track refurbishment of Unit 3, 1 Avenger Close on the Chandler's Ford Industrial Estate.
