COUNCILLORS will run the rule over proposals for a new house in Southampton.
Nine objections have been made to the plans for the site in Anson Drive, with residents citing concerns over overdevelopment and parking issues.
However city council officers have recommended that the council's planning and rights of way panel approve the plans today.
