CAGE fighter, Celebrity Big Brother winner and ex-husband of Katie Price, Alex Reid is lending his support to a new Hampshire gym.
Alex will be at Gosport Martial Arts on Friday (July 3) to show off some of his skills and sign autographs at a “meet and greet” event which will run from 5pm to 7pm.
The gym above the Co-op in Forton Road, was opened five months ago by Thai boxing coach Dale Tappenden and his business partner Morgan Sheldon.
Dale, 47, has been involved in martial arts for 30 years and is a friend of Alex.
“This will be a free community event,” said Dale. “We want to promote martial arts, especially to the kids. We want to get them off their X-Boxes and living more healthily.”
The gym offers tuition in Thai boxing, women’s only kick boxing, mixed martial arts and fitness classes.
