HOUSING association offices in Southampton could be turned into flats.
Wessex Green Developments Ltd has handed in plans to overhaul the site in St Mary Street.
The developer wants to create 30 flats in the building, which is currently occupied by the Hyde Housing Association.
The Hyde Group has said that its staff will relocate to a new office in Bitterne, regardless of whether the application is approved, or not.
A decision by the city council on the plans is due by August 14.
