Good turn out for Hampshire pet contest
THE rain held off on the curtain-raising pet contest at the Littleton and Harestock Show on Thursday.
There was a good turnout at Littleton Recreation Ground, near Winchester, for the annual pet show ahead of today’s main event.
Among the winners were Michaela Best’s Kaspar, which took best pedigree, and Herbert the hamster, which was named best rodent.
