SOUTHAMPTON'S WestQuay Shopping Centre has announced the winners of their annual retailer awards, with Fat Face coming out on top as the overall winner.
All retailers in the centre were mystery shopped at intervals throughout the year; on customer service, store appearance and general growth.
Categories included everything from restaurants and food kiosks, to fashion, jewellery and technology.
Winners included Pizza Express - best restaurant; Zara - best major store and Dune - best footwear retailer.
General Manager Andy Collyer said, "we're thrilled to host the WestQuay retailer awards each year. It not only acts as an incentive for our retailers to maintain the high standards we are so proud of at the centre, but also rewards the hard work from each and every one of our employees."
