John Lewis, the national department store chain has unveiled its new Christmas advert.
The company, which operates one of the biggest stores in Southampton's WestQuay shopping centre, released the video online this morning.
In recent years, their festive campaigns have become more and more popular for their emotive style.
This year's offering is called Man on the Moon, and is set to an acoustic version of Oasis' Half the World Away, which is best known as the theme to BBC sitcom The Royle Family.
The clip tells the story of a young girl and her friendship with an elderly man who lives on the Moon.

John Lewis has partnered with Age UK to drive awareness and support for some of the million older people who can go for a month without speaking to anyone.
Throughout November and December, the retailer will be supporting Age UK in a number of ways, including in store and online activity, a text to donate mechanism and through the sales of selected Christmas merchandise.
