THEY are innocent photographs taken by fans enjoying one of their favourite bands.
But seemingly innocuous pictures are now vital evidence at the forefront of a huge international operation to strike at the heart of global terrorism.
Police are scouring through photographs taken by revellers who survived the Bataclan bloodbath to seek vital clues in hunting down the terrorists.
Maria and Patrick Moore from Southampton said authorities have taken copies of their photographs to try and identify people in the audience and to hunt for clues.
Maria said she believed that officers were searching the pictures to see if they could spot jihadists in the audience who may have been watching the attacks unfold as part of training for future atrocities.
