Police are this morning at Hampshire woodland rescuing two of their vehicles stuck in mud.
A recovery man is using a 4x4 police vehicle to drag out two other smaller 4x4 police cars stuck in a field in Eastleigh.
Both got into trouble in a field off a footpath.
One is believed to have been stationed there overnight as part of patrols of the area while the other arrived this morning to help and got stuck too.
Officers initially put large paper sheets underneath the wheels in a desperate attempt to try and free them.
Crews used ropes attached to the larger 4x4 to pull the smaller ones out.
But the rescue vehicle was itself stuck for a short time after pulling free the first one and had to be dragged by the vehicle which it had just helped rescue.
The vehicles are now free.
