A TEENAGE boy was left with a broken nose after an attack in a Hampshire shopping centre.

The 15-year-old was assaulted in the Marlands Shopping Centre in Southampton on January 24 before a member of the public intervened.

The victim was left with a broken nose and bruised cheek after the attack, which took place between 1 and 2pm.

Hampshire Constabulary has issued an appeal for information and issued CCTV footage of two other teenage boys in relation to the incident.

The first is described as Asian, 14 or 15 years old, 6ft tall, of medium build and with short dark hair.

He was wearing a black tracksuit and black Nike trainers.

The second boy is described as Asian, 14 or 15 years old, 5ft 2ins tall and of small build.

He was wearing a navy blue hooded top with the hood up and a yellow Ralph Lauren logo on his chest.

PC Simon Ricketts from the Western Investigations Team said: “Were you in Marlands at this time?

"Did you witness this incident or do you recognise the boys in this image? If this is you pictured, please come forward and assist us with our investigation.
