A VIDEO showing a mobility scooter causing confusion for drivers on a busy roundabout has emerged.
The seventeen second video shows a mobility scooter pottering around the middle lane while drivers attempt to pass the slow moving vehicle.
Meanwhile a confused cameraman watches on in amazement at the incident.
He even lets out a "no" in disbelief as the mobility scooter driver continues around the three lane roundabout.
The incident was filmed at the Enham Arch Roundabout in Andover
The Department of Transport say a mobility scooter can even travel on dual-carriageway providing they have a flashing amber light.
Advice on their website states: "You can only drive on the road in a class 3 invalid carriage - The maximum speed is 8mph.
"You can’t drive on bus lanes, ‘cycle only’ lanes or motorways.
"You should avoid using dual carriageways with a speed limit of over 50mph.
"You must use an amber flashing light for visibility if you use a class 3 invalid carriage on a dual carriageway."
