SOME of Hampshire top care home have been recognised with a prestigious award.
The Gables in Netley Abbey, Whiteoaks Rest Home in Fareham, Colten Care in Lymington and Brookvale Healthcare in Chandlers Ford have all been ranked among the top 20 most recommended homes of their size by carehome.co.uk.
They have each scooped a prize in the firm’s Top 20 Care Awards 2016 after dozens of recommendations from residents as well as their friends and family.
Manager of Whiteoaks Rest Home Mathu Nandagopan said: “We are so proud and thankful that not only is the hard work is appreciated, but also recognised and rewarded.
"This just goes to show that when you care from the heart as if you are caring for your own family members it shines through.”
