A MAN will appear in court in connection with a crash that left a motorcyclist with serious injuries.
The 58-year-old male rider was taken to hospital with “life-changing” injuries after the crash, which happened on the B3035 Corhampton Down near Bishop's Waltham.
Police appealed for information after one of the motorists involved allegedly failed to stop at the scene of the crash.
They were hunting the driver of a red 2015 Kia Cee’d which was travelling southbound and is believed to have collided with the motorcyclist who was travelling northbound.
Now officers say thanks to the public a man has been reported for summons following the crash, which happened at about 3pm on Wednesday, April 13.
The 76-year-old from Southampton has been reported for the offences of careless driving and leaving the scene of an accident.
