A BROKEN level crossing has caused serious traffic problems in Hampshire.
The gates at Brockenhurst on Lymington Road were stuck in the down position, meaning road vehicles cannot get through.

There were significant delays in both directions and motorists were advised to avoid the area.
The fault has now been fixed and traffic has returned to normal.
