A multi-vehicle crash on the M27 is causing delays of 'up to an hour'.
The crash between junctions 11 and 12 was blocking two lanes, but has since been cleared.
However, there are still long delays while traffic returns to normal.
There are also delays on the M3 following a four-vehicle crash.
#M27 eastbound - RTC between J11 and J12 now cleared to the hard shoulder, 3 lanes OPEN. Long delay remains, about an hour from J9.
