A PLANNING battle in a Hampshire village has ended in victory for the applicants.
They lodged an appeal after New Forest District Council rejected their proposal for a conservatory and boundary fence at a property in Wavendon Avenue, Barton on Sea.
Now government-appointed planning inspector Ray Wright has quashed the council's decision.
