The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates’ Court:

Elisei Cioroiu, 27, of Roberts Road, Shirley, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving, with 43 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, on Shirley Road in Southampton on March 3. The limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Cioroiu was banned from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay £415 by the court.

Louise Harder, 43, of Northlands Road, Banister Park, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving, with 65 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, on Winchester High Street on February 18. The limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Harder was banned from driving for 15 months and ordered to pay £827 by the court.

James Robert Labrum, 35, from Cheltenham Gardens, Hedge End, Hampshire. Pleaded guilty to drink driving, with 88 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, on Southampton Road, Eastleigh, on March 2. The limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Labrum was banned from driving for 40 months and ordered to pay £426 by the court.

Sadie Frances Stoner, 25 , of Whitefield Road, Holbury, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to making off without paying a £37 taxi fare on December 12. Stoner was ordered to pay £102 by the court.

Katie Ellen Mary King, 29, of Parry Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing a selection of tools worth £133 from John Lewis in Southampton on February 17. King was ordered to pay £170.

Carla Marie Norma Whitlock, 38, of Woodthorpe Road, Shepperton, Ashford, Kent. Pleaded guilty to stealing £640 by transferring money from an account without permission from the family member it belonged to, in Southampton between August 25 and August 26. She was sentenced to 20 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months. She was also ordered to comply with a 12-month drug rehabilitation requirement and pay £680 by the court.

George Row Hallet, 21, of Midanbury Lane, Midanbury, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving a car without due care and attention on Steventon Road, without the correct type of insurance or licence. He also admitted to breaching a suspended sentence and to failing to provide a specimen for an alcohol breath test on February 19. Hallet was given an eight-week sentence suspended for six months, disqualified from driving for 24 months and ordered to complete 150 hours of unpaid work and 30 days of rehabilitation activities as part of a community order. He was also ordered to pay £170 by the court.
