Firefighters were called to a house in the New Forest last night after towels drying on a radiator caught fire.
Crews from Redbridge and Lyndhurst attended the family home in Sandy Lane at 12.30am where the smouldering towels set off the fire alarm.
A spokesperson from the fire service said he understood there to be a fault with the radiator.
No one was injured.
