FRIDAY'S glorious sunshine looked to be the start of a Bank Holiday spent enjoying the weather across the Hampshire.
However, thunderstorms in the early hours of Saturday morning rained on the parade of those hoping to get down the beach or enjoy a walk in the New Forest.
For much of the weekend, Hampshire will left with grey skies, with torrential rain and more thunderstorms forecast in the region today.
So to get you back in the summer spirit, we've selected some of our favourite photos taken by Daily Echo Camera Club members out in the sun before the gloomy weather set in.
The good news is that the sun is set to return over Hampshire later this week.
