HAMPSHIRE ladies have raised thousands of pounds for charity through a fashion show.

The second annual Lashes Ladies Lunch and fashion show was held at the Ageas Bowl.

The event was organised in support of the Hampshire Cricket Sports Foundation and raised more than £16,000 for the charity, which is focused on supporting children to lead active and healthy lifestyles.

The event was held at the home of Hampshire Cricket, with sunny weather encouraging more than 180 ladies to arrive in summer dresses to enjoy the red carpet treatment

The highlight of the afternoon was the extravagant fashion show put on and choreographed by Mandy Bransgrove and Lisa Shaw, ex-professional dancer and ex-professional model respectively, with ten male and ten female models taking part. The models also included a handful of Hampshire Cricket players and staff.

All proceeds from the day will help Hampshire Cricket Sports Foundation, the Ageas Bowl’s community charity, which is focused on supporting children to lead active and healthy lifestyles.
