TWO loose pigs caused traffic chaos on a Hampshire motorway.
Police stopped vehicles on the M27 westbound at junction nine for Whiteley as a result of the incident, which happened at about 2pm.
Amazed motorists took to social media to reveal that the two animals were seen on the carriageway.
Edward Chalu filmed the footage below and said@: "After a 20-minute hold-up police did a great job in chasing a very reluctant pig!"
And Hampshire Police posted on social media: "Both pigs are fine.
"A big thank you to members of the public for helping us capture the animals.
"Pig safely captured and being returned to its family."
Traffic is building on both carriageways approaching the scene.
