Drivers are facing delays of an hour on a Hampshire motorway after a crash involving two lorries.
The accident occurred on the southbound carriageway between junction 11 for Winchester and junction 12 for Chandler's Ford, with delays stretching back past junction 9 for Winnall.
The accident has been cleared, but long delays still remain.
Motorists are also being held up on the northbound carriageway after another accident between junctions 12 and 13. Queues are stretching back to the M27.
Police have cleared the second collision, with delays beginning to ease.
