HUNDREDS of visitors attended a summer fair at a Romsey school.
The fete at Halterworth Primary saw youngsters having a go with a fireman’s hose, and an attempt at a world record for the biggest number of people dressed as a Disney character.
With dozens of Minnie Mouse, Elsas, some inflatable sumo wrestlers and Pimm’s, cakes and tasty treats galore, the day raised £4,400 - cash which will go towards improving the school’s resources.
Assistant head teacher Phil Thomas said: “What was really nice was the number of people who came who don’t go to the school. It felt like a fabulously summery and sunny community event.”
