Drivers are facing delays of nearly an hour and a half after a crash between a lorry and a car.
The crash closed two lanes between junction 12 for Port Solent and junction 11 for Fareham eastbound at around 4.30pm.
Both lanes were cleared at around 5.10pm, but the delay is still affecting traffic back to junction 9 for Whiteley.
