A HAMPSHIRE man has pleaded not guilty to murder after a hairdressing student was stabbed to death in Eastleigh.
Alex Woods, was found dead with stab wounds on Scott Road last month on July 6.
Appearing at Winchester Crown Court, Andi Leigh Edwards, 36, of Scott Road, Eastleigh pleaded not guilty to murder.
A trial date has been set for December 4 at the same court.
As reported in the Daily Echo, paramedics battled to save Mr Woods’ life but he died in an ambulance on his way to Southampton General Hospital.
The 22-year-old is originally from the Southampton area but moved to Fareham.
He then went to Fareham College where he studied hairdressing.
