TRIBUTES have been paid to a 'loving and caring' teenage boy who died in a crash.
Ben Turner, 17, was killed in a collision involving a Vauxhall Corsa and a Ford Fiesta on the A30 London Road in Blackwater on Tuesday, September 19.
He was travelling in the Corsa while a 24-year-old woman who was driving the Fiesta was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Ben's family issued a statement which said: "Ben was a loving son and a caring brother to his siblings.
"He was always the life and soul of the party, forever the cheeky monkey.
"He will forever be in the hearts of his family and friends."
A 16-year-old boy and a 15-year-old boy were arrested in connection with the incident and have been released under police investigation.
