A MAN was stabbed during a fight involving two groups of people in the grounds of Winchester Cathedral.
Police were called to the scene following the incident and a 23-year-old man was taken to Royal Hampshire County Hospital for treatment to his hand injuries.
Two other men sustained minor injuries during the fight, which happened at about 5pm on Saturday, October 14.
A 32-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent and released under investigation.
A Hampshire Constabulary spokeswoman said: "Officers are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone who has photos or footage of what happened.
"Anyone with information should contact Hampshire Constabulary on 101 quoting 44170399698."
