THE following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:
- Paul Gareth John, 43, of Forster Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault and entering a building as a trespasser. Committed to prison for three months. Compensation £115.
- Karl Dean Anstey, 38, of St James Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault and resisting a constable. Community order made including a curfew for four weeks. Victim surcharge £85. Costs £85.
- Piotr Mastalerz, 46, of Atherley Road, Southampton. Found guilty of assault. Pleaded guilty to possessing cannabis and amphetamine. Community order made including a rehabilitation activity requirement. Compensation £100. Costs £150.
- Andrius Raibikis, 34, of Bracklesham Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to notify Southampton City Council of a change of circumstances that would affect his entitlement to housing benefit. Victim surcharge £85. Costs £85.
- Jon-Luc Raymond Anderson, 21, of Bransbury Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. Original community order varied. Costs £60.
- Stephen Hodder, 30, of Kendal Avenue, Millbrook. Pleaded guilty to breaching a community order. Original community order varied. Costs £60.
- Sharne Marie Long Aka Brown, 47, of High Street, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to breaching a community order. Original community order amended. Fined £50. Costs £60.
- Barbara Louise MCDonagh, 18, of Botley Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to breaching a community order. Order to continue. Fined £50. Costs £60.
- Amy Louise Waldock, 23, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to stealing items including meat, cheese and dishwasher tablets from Co-op. Also admitted stealing foundation and mascara from Boots, coffee and Marmite from Southern Co-Operatives Ltd, detergent bottles and meat from One Stop, and steaks from Tesco. Committed to prison for 13 weeks and ordered to pay a surcharge of £115.
- Tony Ward, 49, of Hightown Towers, Warburton Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing two bottles of vodka and one bottle of cognac worth £113 from Tesco. Also admitted stealing three bottles of vodka worth £120 from Sainsbury’s. Committed to prison for 28 weeks and ordered to pay a surcharge of £115.
- Lloyd James Harris, 29, of Meggeson Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer. Fined £50, costs of £40 and a surcharge of £30.
- Douglas Michael O’Connor, 49, C/O Travel Lodge, Twyford Road, Eastleigh. Pleading guilty to driving a Skoda in Eastleigh over the drink-drive limit. Fined £220, £30 surcharge , £85 costs and disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 20 months.
- Daniel Shane Ayling, 25, of Lebanon Road, Redbridge. Pleaded guilty to sending offensive or indecent messages. Community order made including rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £250.Victim surcharge £85. Costs £85.
- Stuart Stephen Matthews, 34, of Cranbury Place, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault. Community order made including a rehabilitation activity requirement. Victim surcharge £85. Costs £40.
- James Edward Smith, 60, of Southampton Road, Lymington. Pleaded guilty to assault. Discharged conditionally for 12 months.Victim surcharge £20. Costs £40.
- Mark Walter, 46, of Ocean Way, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault. Community order made including a rehabilitation requirement. Fined £500. Victim surcharge £85. Costs £85.
- Alan Peter Taylor, 61, of Drove Road, Sholing. Pleaded guilty to behaving in a threatening manner. Community order made including a rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £300. Victim surcharge £85. Costs £85.
- Tomasz Wajler, 42, of Commercial Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault. Community order made including rehabilitation requirement. Fined £400. Victim surcharge £85. Costs £85.
- Karl Aaron Waller-Adams, 30, of Trinity Street, Fareham. Pleaded guilty to assault. Committed to prison for eight weeks. Victim surcharge £115.
- Michael Phillip James, 30, of The Mallards, Totton. Pleaded guilty to driving without insurance and while disqualified. Also pleaded guilty to committing an offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. Victim surcharge £115. Costs £85.
- Deborah Jane Taplin, 45, of Chiltern Green, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing items worth £591.50 from IKEA. Fined £120. Victim surcharge £30. Costs £85.
- Peter Snook, 63, of Manley Road, Bursledon. Pleaded guilty to assault. Discharged conditionally for two years. Victim surcharge £20. Costs £85.
