A BUSY Thornhill road is set to be closed for 10 days due to street works.
From today (November 15), Warburton Road will be shut, affecting bus routes along the street.
The Bluestar 18 service is set to be postponed along this road and from the mini roundabout at the junction of Hinkler Road and Warburton Road, with buses continuing straight ahead on Hinkler Road.
They will then go on to the turning circle at Fairfax Court to turn around, then follow back along Hinkler Road to its normal route.
Bluestar said that some stops will not be served during this time.
They include the Tatwin Crescent/Warburton Road (in both directions), Dumbleton's Towers/Warburton Road (in both directions), Meredith Towers/Tunstall Road and Burgoyne Road stops.
Alternative stops can be found at Medwall Green and Hinkler Road.
The road is earmarked to be reopened by November 24.
