SNOW is forecast to fall in Southampton next week as temperatures plunge.
The Met Office says temperatures are set to drop to -3C in the early part of next week.
On Wednesday it is expected to get as cold as -4C, and snow could fall in the city.

The BBC says snow will fall between 8am and 11am, while the Met Office says it will fall at 3pm.
A BBC forecast for the south region says: "Saturday will be dry and fine with periods of sunshine and blue sky. Frosty and clear overnight.

"Sunday will be another dry and fine day with lots of sunshine, although it will become increasingly cold, with a widespread and hard frost overnight.
"Monday will be especially cold, with a biting easterly wind, patchy cloud and scattered snow showers. These will continue overnight."
