Get Down to Earth on the farm every Saturday or Sunday between 10am and 3pm. Down to Earth Farm is a community centre based on a farm in urban Southampton. Interact with animals like Penny the pig, Snowball the cow and all the other animals. Based on a five acre site the facilities include a barn, dairy, large garden to grow fruit and vegetables, pond, woodland area, wood workshop and two fully equipped community buildings suitable for a range of indoor activities. Feed the chickens, explore the gardens, bring a picnic, spend some time in the woodland area, or even join in with arts and crafts activities if available.
