A GANG of men attempted to rip mobile phones off the wall of a Hampshire shop.
Two men tried to rip the iPhones from their brackets at the Carphone Warehouse in Romsey.
Another two men stood waiting by the door while the incident took plcae.
The store manager challenged the gang shortly before 1pm on Wednesday, February 21.
Three of the men left, but the other continued to try and take the phone, before eventually letting go.
Police have appealed to the public for information on the men, with the last man pushing past the manager to eventually get out of the store.
No items were taken.
The men are described as possibly being Eastern European, with olive skin, in their late teens or early twenties.
They wore dark clothing and white trainers and one had a goatee.
