With Ant McPartlin arrested for drink driving we asked people in Southampton if he should return to TV?
Max Edwards, 20, unemployed from West End said: "He is extremely well known. He’s loved by thousands of people. I think it would ruin my mum's opinion of him - she loves all of that."
Jeven Jassar, 19, a removal man from Portswood said: "He shouldn't be on TV for a long while - considering he had a drug problem he was in and out of rehab pretty quick. I thought that was pretty strange. They are national treasures, they are like the duo that represents Britain."
Katie Brewer, 19, a student from city centre said: "Personally I think he is obviously suffering mentally with everything so I don't think he should be punished but I don't think he should be allowed back on TV until he's fully recovered as it can set a bad example."
