A MAN has been given ten points on his licence after admitting driving offences.
James George Jolly, 58, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath when suspected of being in charge of a vehicle whilst over the drink drive limit.
The offence happened at Down Farm, Headbourne Worthy, near Winchester, on April 4, magistrates in Basingstoke were told.
Jolly, of Bridge Road, Sarisbury Green, was fined £230 with a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Ten penalty points were added to his driving licence.
A more serious charge of failing to provide a specimen of breath after allegedly driving a vehicle was withdrawn by the prosecution.
