HAMPSHIRE is bracing itself for a potential thunderstorm, heavy rain and even flooding this morning, according to weather experts.
The Met Office is predicting a downpour across the south of England today, with Hampshire in the firing line.
According to the weather experts, the wet weather is likely to hit between 11am and 8pm.
A statement on the Met Office website said: "Some flooding of a few homes and businesses is likely, perhaps leading to some damage to buildings.
"There is a good chance driving conditions will at times be affected by spray and standing water, leading to some minor journey delays.
"Some short term loss of power and other services due to lightning strikes is possible.
"Delays to train services are possible."
