A VEHICLE fire has blocked two lanes of the M27 this afternoon.
There are delays on the westbound carriageway following the incident, which happened between junction ten for Fareham and junction nine for Whiteley.
A picture from the scene shows smoke billowing across both carriageways as vehicles queue in lane three.
There are delays as far back as junction 11 for Fareham.
