POLICE arrested three suspected drug dealers on the streets of a Winchester estate.
The three, all from London, were nabbed on the junction of Stuart Crescent and St Mary’s Street in Stanmore yesterday.
A 19-year-old woman and a 21-year-old man were arrested on suspicion of supplying class A drugs and possessing criminal property.
Another 21-year-old man was detained on suspicion of supplying class A drugs and the proceeds of crime offence of money laundering.
A police tweet said: "I hope you guys are enjoying the sun. The three we just arrested for money laundering and drug supply in Stanmore certainly aren’t. We seized a huge amount of suspected crack and heroin and a serious amount of cash. Is there aircon in the cells?"
The three were expected to be held overnight in custody.
