Like John Burke’s letter on Monday this week I have also had to put up with this companies complete disregard to sales calls this past two years and have requesed by pressing 9 to be taken off their data base but they just ignore your request and ring you back the next day. As for pressing 5 you get the same person with a Scottish accent who is completely rude and cuts you off.
I must have received well over 20 calls from who we now know as Zenith Windows.
Dialing 1471 to find who they were gave you a number which when dialled did not exist so they knew exactly what they were doing and as far as I am concerned these calls must be classed as nuisance calls and the Zenith should be taken to court.
Today I have telephoned 3 Zenith offices in Southampton and the message on each is ‘ the number you have dialled does not exist’. They know exactly what they have been doing.
