POLICE and paramedics are at the scene of a three car crash on the M27.
Two lanes of the eastbound carriageway near Rownhams Services were closed this afternoon, around 2.20pm.
Police say a Volkswagen Tiguan, Fiat 500, and Citroen DS4 were involved in a crash.
A spokesperson for South Central Ambulance Services (SCAS) said: "We received multiple calls around 14:20 with the callers all reporting a multi-vehicle collision on the M27 at Chilworth on the eastbound carriageway.
"We currently have two ambulances at the scene and they are currently assessing three patients who have all been able to get themselves out of their vehicles."
Traffic chiefs say lanes one and two of the eastbound carriageway have now reopened.
