A WINCHESTER man who breached a court order to phone the police has been handed a community order.
Michael Edward Eames, 24, of Hyde Gate, admitted calling police on April 11, Basingstoke Magistrates Court heard.
Eames must undertake 80 hours unpaid work and an £85 victim surcharge.
There was no order for costs because of Eames’ lack of means. The court made an attachment of earnings order.
Another Winchester man, Anthony Walters, 55, of St John’s Road, was jailed for six months last month for breaching an order not to call the police.
He rang them 54 times.
