A historic Hampshire pub is up for sale.
The Grade II listed George Inn in St Mary Bourne has come up for sale at a guide price of £450,000.
Set over two storeys, the pub is currently trading, and on the ground floor is a centrally positioned bar with dining for a total of 110.
The first floor provides owners accommodation which includes three double bedrooms, a kitchen and living room and two en-suite letting bedrooms.
Poppy Hood, surveyor in the licensed leisure team at Savills Southampton, comments: “The George Inn is a great opportunity to acquire a local pub in a picturesque Hampshire village.
"The addition of letting rooms provide an additional income stream which will be attractive to potential buyers.”
