A HAMPSHIRE teenager has admitted a spate of graffiti attacks.
Eldon Griffiths-James pleaded guilty to six charges of causing criminal damage in Winchester.
The 19-year-old gardener asked magistrates to take into account a further 36 similar offences.
The NEMEW' graffiti - which was written in white emulsion paint - was found at locations across the city last month.
It was daubed o n R i v e r P a r k Leisure Centre; on a Nissan Micra c a r parked in Gladstone Street; St George's Street; Andover Road and Sussex Street.
Prosecutor Claire Hartman told Basingstoke Magistrates' Court that an ambulance crew had alerted police after seeing a man roaming the streets with a pot of white paint.
She said officers descended on Griffiths-James' home in Nuns Road, Hyde, Winchetser where they found his clothing covered in white paint and the word "NEMEW" on his computer.
They also found receipts for the paint in his bedroom.
