Shirley Warren Post Office has reopened at a new, more spacious location at Thompsons, 13-15 Warren Avenue, Southampton.
Previously based at 93 Warren Avenue until February 29, the same postmaster still operates the location.
This venue, once Beeston's Funeral Directors, has been converted into a convenience store and Post Office. It opened on March 9.
The refurbishment made the storefront more accessible with the removal of a step at the entrance and the installation of wider automated doors.
Service remains consistent with the same working hours and product availability.
As part of the full facelift, the store now features a new front, wide automatic doors, a hearing loop, and a wheelchair area.
The new Post Office, which is approximately 350 metres from the previous location, will offer limited forecourt parking with additional parking on Laundry Road and time-restricted parking at Warren Crescent.
Local buses also serve this nearby area.
