COMPUTER whiz kids will be filling the halls of one Hampshire school thanks to a generous donation.

Pupils and teachers at Newtown Soberton Infant School, in the Meon Valley, were delighted when one local business served up a welcome surprise at their fundraising barbecue.

Double glazing company Saje UPVC volunteered to pay for two new school computers that were installed ready for the start of Autumn term.

To show their appreciation pupils invited Kevin Stallard and Keith Summerfield from the company to present them with a Thank you card.

Headteacher Miss Eastwood said: “We are all overwhelmed by their generosity and were extremely grateful.”
