The Under 14s faced their second Representative game together and were placed in front of a tough opposition, Alderbury Boys Youth from Wiltshire.

The match was played at the home of Laverstock & Ford, in the deep of Wiltshire on a lovely, flat playing surface.

Tyro started a little shaky with few chances created how ever, the different 3-5-2 formation proved indifferent and very difficult for the opposition to cope with.

Tyro created some great interchanges and moved the ball well around the pitch.

Tyro later went 1-0 a head through a superb goal, out from the left, providing a great shot on goal, creeping in under the bar.

Tyro extended their lead later on into the half, with a fine piece from midfield, leading for another opening, with Tyro once again, finding the goal.

Alderbury created a few chances, using the pace of their two upfront men - but was well covered by the tyro defence and keeper; Morant.

The second half, continued as the first had finished, and after a few half time substitutes, Tyro scored another; this time, coming from a belter of a shot, into the back of the net.

Alderbury had chances to challenge the game but the resolute Tyro team held back for the win and a clean sheet.

Tyro are now looking forward to their next fixture away to Mid Solent Youth at Gosport Borough.
